What DigiTick provides
A shared team inbox for a business's own WhatsApp Business number: receiving and replying to customer messages, auto-assignment, automated replies, message templates, broadcasts to opted-in contacts, and reporting.
DigiTick connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Accounts
There is no public sign-up. Digitoria creates an account for a business, and that business's owner creates logins for their own team. You are responsible for keeping those credentials safe and for what is done using them.
Messaging costs are billed by Meta
Meta charges the business's own WhatsApp Business Account directly for messages, at Meta's published rates. Any cost figure shown inside DigiTick is an estimate for your own planning — Meta's invoice is the authority. Your DigiTick subscription is separate and covers the software only.
Subscription
Plans are prepaid for the agreed term. A demo, where offered, runs for five days. When a term ends, sending is paused but incoming messages keep arriving and your history stays intact, so nothing is lost while you decide whether to renew.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DigiTick to:
- Message people who have not opted in to hear from you.
- Continue messaging anyone who has replied STOP or otherwise opted out.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
- Breach the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta's Commerce Policy.
Meta can restrict or ban a WhatsApp number for policy breaches. That decision is Meta's and outside our control.
Your data
Your conversations and contacts remain yours. We process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Availability and limits
We aim to keep DigiTick available continuously, but it depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform and on internet infrastructure we do not control, so we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the current term.
Ending the service
You may stop using DigiTick at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or Meta's policies, or where fees remain unpaid after the term has ended.
Governing law and contact
